Zynk (SmartSync to Sage)

Problem​

How to setup Zynk workflows to upload invoice data from Zahara to Sage 200 and sync Sage 200 data to SmartSync (Zahara).

Pre-Requisites​

The number of workflows and tasks required to configure the Zynk Workflow.

Solution​

For each client we may need 2 workflows,

  • Sage to Zahara.
  • Zahara to Sage.

Total number of Business : 5

Total number of Workflows : 10

`Sage to Zahara has 44 Tasks configured.

6 container tasks :

`Currency, Nominal, Department, Supplier, Tax Code, Cost Centre

  • Set BU Name as a Variable
  • Set BUId as a Variable
  • Export Query
  • XSLT Transform
  • XML to CSV
  • Start Process A power shell script is triggered that will sync the CSV to Smart Sync DB.
  • Above variables are passed as parameters.
  • Archive the Data.

**`Zahara to Sage **has a total of 16 Tasks configured.

  • Set BU Name as a Variable
  • Set BUId as a Variable
  • File Repeater Task (Basically a for loop against each file from this directory)Set Variable (Filename without extension)
  • XSLT Transform (Combine the lineitems into one group)
  • XML Select (Fetch Invoice number)
  • Import Transaction.
  • If XML Contains (PurchaseInvoice in result XML)Move Source XML to Archive/Source.
  • Move Transformed XML to Archive/Converted/Source.
  • Send Success message to Zahara.
  • ElseMove Source XML to Archive/Fail.
  • Move Transformed XML to Archive/Converted/Fail.
  • Send Failure message to Zahara.
