Using Docker Images from the WfD AWS Image Store

All publically available Docker images are stored on Docker hub ([https://hub.docker.com](https://hub.docker.com)), however in some instances there is a requirement to store image in a more private location.

AWS has its own private container store ([https://aws.amazon.com/ecr/](https://aws.amazon.com/ecr/)), that WfD use for any internal application. However, to use images from a private repository the local developer machine first needs to be logged in.
