The ABBYY internals Nuget package contains all libraries needed for writing code to run within ABBYY Flexicapture 12. Currently, ABBYY Flexicapture 11 is unsupported.
These libraries can only run in an application using .NET Framework version 4 or below.
Usage
Once the Nuget package has been added the ControllerInterop library is the main one for interacting with ABBYY Flexicapture.
Rule Script
If writing code to run within an ABBYY rule script you should create a method that takes IRuleContext as a parameter
\${NL}public static void SetSuggestsListForCostCentres(IRuleContext Context) \${NL}
From the Context variable you can then access all items in the same as you would within ABBYY Flexicapture Context.DataSet(datasetName) Context.Field("VATPercentage").Text Context.CheckSucceeded = false; Context.ErrorMessage = ex.Message;
Export Scripts
Export or global scripts take have a slightly different format. From an export script for example, the method may want to consume
\${NL} public static void ExportToInvoiceApi(IDocument document, IScriptDefinitionContext scriptContext, IProcessingCallback Processing = null) \${NL} From the three parameters there you can access all elements as you would within Flexicapture.
As a rule of thumb when editing a script within the ABBYY UI, all variables that appear in the script interface should be added to the method properties.
