Release checked out files in FileDirector

Symptom 

Documents not available in File Director, document properties show them checked out to another user. 

Cause

Documents are checked out by the user ******.

Resolution 

Open FileDirector client

Locate document(s). Select documents and use Undo under Check in/out (Highlighted red) to release them.

The status icon will change from 'No entry' to Green.
